When I started my company, the third mold I made for Cracker Line Miniatures was for Yankees in Sack Coats and Slouch Hats. That mould was BM03. I am now up to BM65 and still growing. The marching figures were mixed evenly with firing figures in that mold.This was a mistake, but one has to learn things the hard way in this business. It turns out marching figures out sell firing by a 5-1 ratio. Therefore, I reconfigured most of my early molds. The new mold BM61 contains all marching figures. I also took this opportunity to greatly expand the number of poses and varieties of head gear they wear. There are now 11 poses with some 30-40 varieties in head gear. I also added soft packs to some. The result is what looks to me to be a far more accurate portrayal of Sherman's Bummers. We hope you think so too.
