A warm welcome to my second Modular Dwarfs! Kickstarter!
This time i offer you my metal dwarfs and and a new outpost (STL or resin) for 10mm/15mm/28mm!
The primary goal of this campaign is to finance the production molds for resin casting the outpost parts. The outpost is available in casted form for 10mm humans/15mm dwarfs or for 28mm human/dwarfs. If you need other sizes just leave me a comment or take the STL option for any size you want!
While the campaigning is running there will be many updates as this is a WIP campaign. I will add more options and pictures as time permits. I also respond to the backers feedback. So if you demand a special addition maybe i can add this to the campaign.
So let's start and get into the details...
1. Grom Okmar's specialist team in 28mm (set of 10 modular dwarfs, set 40 EUR)
Bag of parts for 10 metal casted dwarfs!
1x Set 1 - Torso and legs, 1x Set 2 - Weapon arms, 2x Set 3 - Heads, 1x Set 4+5 - right/left arms and 2x Set 6 - Shield arms
You can see the parts in the add on section and many pictures of dwarfs in the gallery further down!
Examples what you can build with this set. Axe wielder, pilum thrower, hammer hawk, engineer with hook, pistolier, pilot/gunner with goggles, fork hawk, gladius wielder, pilum, pilot with goggles.
2. Hawksguard pack of 3 dwarfs (set of 3 modular regiment dwarfs, set 12 EUR)
Bag of parts for 3 metal casted regiment dwarfs!
Several alternative parts, a crossbow, swords, pila.
3. Grom Okmar's specialist team in 15mm (set of 10 modular dwarfs, set 12 EUR)
Bag of parts for 10 metal casted 15mm dwarfs. You have a choice of arms with or without weapons/shields/sextant/spy glass etc.
In the following picture you see 2 sets and a pile of alternative parts that are leftover from the 2 sets.

4. Outpost resin package 15mm (set 50 EUR) (WIP)
"Grom Okmar reached the foothills and stumbled over an old watchtower that was erected by the humans in old days. He decided to build a base here and fortify the location as a base for further scouting's of the lands ..."
One full circle (12 rampart tiles) with a round tower in the middle. Also a 3D resin printed gate set (gate, hinges) and a straight piece for the other side of the circle with a rampart (not yet ready with rampart).
This set is also use able for 10mm human minis. Here for example with awesome roman minis from Van Dyck Models and add on towers.
If you like more fortifications then have a look at the add on section and the former outpost Kickstarter. There you get all you need for a roman marching camp.
5. Outpost resin package 28mm (150 EUR)
Same as before but bigger to suit 28mm minis.
One full circle (12 rampart tiles) with a round tower in the middle. Also a 3D resin printed gate set (gate, hinges) and a straight piece for the other side of the circle with a rampart (not yet ready with rampart).
6. Outpost STL package (set 30 EUR)
Pack of all files for the ramparts, the palisade, the walkway, the gate, the small towers and the big round tower. Files are made for 28mm. I will add scaled down files for 15mm as well as assembled pieces to be printed in one part or sliced to be printed without supports.
The rampart is still in work to give you a version with stones and dirt.
7. Dwarfs! Traders package with 30% discount (minimum 200 EUR)
Traders i offer a 30% discount on any metal dwarf set. Choose as many metal dwarf sets as you want and deduct 30% from the value. Pledge that amount. Minimum order is 200 EUR.
You have to prove your business registration and have a store and/or webshop to qualify.
Postage over the given amount will be charged after the campaign and has to be paid via paypal. It will be based on the current prices from DHL Germany.
8. Commercial lifetime printing license for STL files (300 EUR)
You get all files from the "Outpost STL package" and all the STL stretch goals that unlocked for this reward (not the add ons or unlocked add ons). So e.g. the alesian tower will be in as soon as we reach 200 EUR.
You also get a license document and banner that gives you unlimited printing rights to 3D print and sell the printed products. No perpetual costs. Just a one time fee.
The license does NOT include the rights to make molds and cast the parts.
You have to name Falkenwelt Modellbau as the creator in the product description and add the banner as additional product picture. A link to our website is appreciated.
The Alesian style watchtower will unlock at 200 EUR

Postage
Since the postage depends on the weight of the ordered physical parts i charge the surplus postage after the campaign ends for all other countries but Germany. In Germany the postage will be 8 EUR whatever you order. For Europe there should be no additional postage over 15 EUR.
For other countries outside Europe this will calculated via the official DHL website www.dhl.de after the campaign and has to be paid via paypal.
Legal statement
The digital products we offer are for private and non-commercial use only. The customer acquires no property, but merely a right of use to create any number of models by 3D printing for their own use. All other rights remain with Falkenwelt Modellbau. The sale or distribution of the files to third parties, their reproduction, distribution on the Internet (in particular download portals) or the sale of printed or otherwise reproduced models is strictly prohibited. The distribution of printed / molded models is expressly reserved for Falkenwelt Modellbau or licensed printers.

Risks and challenges
This is an easy project for me. The master molds for the outpost are quickly made if the demand is there.
The professional casting company has all ready done a very good job on the metal dwarfs as you can see in the pictures. They are ready to go into numbers.
The STL files are mostly ready and just need to be packed.
The main risk is the manual work for me if the interest in this project is very high. This might increase the delivery time.
Physical pledges will be shipped in the order of the pledges.
So far all my Kickstarters were delivered very fast. I want to keep it that way.
